another cold day.

Well,it has been awhile since I wrote something.I have had some busy days.I had to go back home for the funeral of my ex-husband.It was very difficult to see my 2 sons so torn up.I am very proud of both of them for being the man they are.Now to get back to projects on hand.i am trying to get the socks done for  my customer.One pair is almost complete.Today I decided to make a german apple cake.I got the recipe from another blogger.My husband has already taken a piece.He says it is good!!!!!,that I have to make more.So I will,but not today!.Back to work for the rest of the week,not so good!!!!!.No picture today ,my camera is dead.

Well I finally finished the hat & cowl.It is nice and now I can wear it in the cold winter days.Yes,it is another cold one -18c,but sunny.I took a picture of the squirrel you seems to think he is the guard of the bird feeder.He is sitting right at the top of the the tree watching over the feeder.I hope the picture turned out.

Hi,there.I'm off today so I thought I would blog.I've finally got a pic of my new hat i knitted.It was made from baby Llama wool.It is so soft.I'm starting the cowl.I'm half way finished,it is looking good.I'm also knitting some socks for a customer.The weather here in Northern Ontario is very sunny,cold,but sunny.It is nice to see the sun out and it gives you a lift.

I'm not much of a blogger,so i will try to do some today.The weather here is crappy,raining and mild.Just what snow mobilers don't want.I had a really good Xmas,my kids were here and the Grand kids.I got some wonderful presents.I recieved some yarn for knitting,which is baby Llama !!!!!!!.I have made the hat and it turn out great,very soft (Thanks Jenn).I will put a pic of me wearing it too.Starting to make some socks for a girl at work.She wants some socks for her girls.I have pick a yarn that has Aloe Vera in it,not sure how that works,but i hope they will be soft.I'm also in the process of making the cowl that goes with the hat.I don't have enough hours in the day for knitting!!!!! More another day.

Today we are going to be making the turkey.Getting ready for our family thanksgiving in Barrie.Yesterday i made the apple pie.i used three different apple so i hope it tastes good.
